When Maria started in real estate in 2017, she had no roadmap, just faith, drive and a deep desire to build something meaningful. Through late nights, trial and error and mentorship, she shaped herself into the leader she is today.

Over time, she helped over 300 families become homeowners, was part of building one of the fastest-growing teams in Des Moines and co-owned the first Latina-led real estate team in Iowa, transforming not just numbers, but people. Her experience taught her to turn vision into structure, chaos into systems, and potential into performance. She has also been recognized for her contributions, including being part of a NAHREP Top 250 team and being named one of Des Moines’ 40 Under 40 top producers.

Now, as the founder of The Maria Rocha Group, her mission is bigger than selling homes. She helps real estate professionals become business owners, build the habits that create freedom and dedicate themselves to self-growth, transforming both business and life.
